T Shirt #1 is finished!

Basically spent all day finalizing both of these designs. I made two different versions for each design: one for light shirts, and one for black shirts. The only real difference is a white border around the design to help it stand out against black better.

Tshirt design

A design for a tshirt. I've been thinking about hoarding some designs and then trying to sell them online. This one has kind of a retro/ grindhouse feel to it. This took me the better part of 3 hours using GIMP and Illustrator. Still tweaking.

One of my other early works in Illustrator.

Worm-man and coat - sketchbook 08-09

A portrait I did of a guy sitting across from me in the doctor's office, and a study of a leather coat that was hanging nearby. I would have drawn more, but it was a pretty barren room.

Nature - sketchbook 08

A stream in the forest, drawn from a photo.

Some various fungi I drew from a plant identification book at Barnes & Nobles.

Buildings and stuff - sketchbook 07-08

The good copy of the building.

Preliminary sketch for a possible painting.

A sketch for a Quake deathmatch map I never made. Old ruined castle with a moat and dungeon and all that fun stuff.

Some creatures from my sketchbooks

Just some random aliens and such.

Some characters and people from my sketchbooks

For the most part, these are un-referenced sketches of characters and stuff.

An outfit for a medieval fantasy thief. Based off of Thief: The Dark Project.

A sketch that was used as a test for coloring in Photoshop. I didn't really care to finish it, but I am pretty pleased with the shading on the jacket and the skintone.

A preliminary sketch for my "Fallout Girl" tattoo.

A tourist gone commando. From a brainstorming session on a Jurassic Park RPG.

Portrait of my girlfriend's brother.

RPG characters

A couple of requests I did for some people's RPG characters. Some received a little more attention from myself than others. These were all done within 5 to 10 minutes (aside from the witchy woman, which took the better part of a half hour) in Illustrator.

Cartoons of creeps

Gloria and Mr. Helper. Characters for a comic I may or may not start.

Caricatures of coworkers I did in Illustrator.

Let's get the ball rollin'

Here is a custom tattoo design I did for a coworker. This was my first serious attempt at using Adobe Illustrator, and was done sometime in November (I think) of 2008. If they ever actual get the ink done, I'll try and post a pic.
